To enroll in any of our obedience classes, please print off the enrollment form or Rally Obedience enrollment form and completely fill it out.   We will also need a completed waiver. When you have the appropriate forms completed, you can fax them to us at 630-969-7530 or bring it by our office along with a copy of your doggie's most recent vaccination records. 

For all training classes, the following vaccines are required:

• Bordetella
• Rabies
• Distemper/Parvo

For Puppy Kindergarten, proof of beginning vaccines is required.  In most cases, your puppy will not be fully vaccinated as he or she is simply not old enough. 

If you prefer to enroll over the phone, please call us at (630) 969-7529.  We are in the office from 6:30am-11:30am and 2:00pm to 6:30pm Monday through Friday and would be happy to process your enrollment over the phone.

Payment for the training classes is due by the first day of class or when the class reaches capacity, whichever occurs first. This ensures your spot in the class and completes the enrollment.
